Here in Starship, I’m responsible for planning and initiating Business Intelligence activities giving key personnel a better understanding of the performance of the various services and resources, which would help them to achieve the goal of providing children in the country a better and more equitable service.
My daily activities include understanding and mapping current business processes and finding improvement opportunities, making recommendations on ways of work, planning and adjusting the business intelligence roadmap, modelling datasets and reports creation, stakeholders’ engagement, and liaison between Starship and the business intelligence team of the national health alliance regarding data needs and requirements.
