As a member of the Customer Insight and Analytics team, I work alongside the marketing team to identify customers’ profiles as target groups for communication campaigns related to compliance, benefits, products and services, and reporting on the performance of such campaigns.
Key Contributions:
- Data analysis and modelling for customer profiling and campaigns performance reporting.
- Creating SAS GE projects as data pipelines.
- Working with third party services providers for customers’ communication campaigns.
Functional Experience:
Business and Data Analysis, visualizations, customer profiling.
Tools:
SAS GE, SQL, Power BI, DAX, Jira, Confluence, Git, Adobe Campaign (as reviewer).
